The challenge is to educate and train people so that they will be valued for specialized knowledge, skill and for their ability to research, communicate and solve problems. Khallikote (Cluster) University, Berhampur is expected to meet the challenges by building collaborative partnerships with leading Universities, industry and research institutions.

I would like urge upon the University to provide students with every facility, to fulfill the potential and develop an attitude to life that will serve them for their life beyond the boundaries of the University. It is also equally important that the University ensures the relevance of its academic programmes and strive for continued excellence in teaching, learning and research.
